Yes Carl, Randall uses memes. This is the internet, memes are very popular here. They are a reference to something, but What does it matter?? Seriously, a person can't make a simple reference to a saying or something in a comic?? Is that some kind of rule?? Honestly, it's not like Randall is saying one meme over and over, he's using different ones!! Just get the fuck over it. (Also, the third repetitive word is supposed to be emphasised, there isn't supposed to be a fourth ;))
